Q: Why not just need a safety net? Or a inground trampoline?
A: Safety net, inground or special trampoline will not protect you from wrong landings. Many land on their heads or break bones from wrong landings. With JumpXkids the bungee cords control your ascent and descent, and make you stay in the center of the trampoline. With JumpXkids, you can jump higher and do crazy tricks without risking wrong landings. JumpXkids are not just more safety it is much more fun than a normal trampoline.

A: JumpXkids requires some assembly. All the tool needed are in the box. And it is easy to follow. We well make some video on how to assembly it. You need to be two people to assemble it, and it takes around 1,5 hours.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: JumpXkids come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Should you encounter some production related default in that timeframe, you must simply contact our customer support and we will take care of it. As some elements of a JumpXkids may get damaged due to normal use, we do not offer warranty on parts such as Elastics, harness.
